Located in Abbotsford we now have several rooms for different purposes to be leased on the hourly for your client, even for last minute appointments. Keep us in mind if someone books last minute and you need a space. Also, you can offer a variety of services to entice clients to come back and try something new. For example: BDSM room, or Treatment Room, or therapy room.
We are a busy establishment and have decided to open to room hire during the day for private sessions. The space is only open by appointment and not a 'walk in' type space. No signage and car park available. Read more below.

THE ROOMS
Its an interesting time of the year for everyone and we would like to make an offer to private workers out there in Naarm.
We are opening the space for Private practitioners for their private Clients.
The Space is NOT OPEN to the public and is NOT a walk-in venue. It is used privately and for private clients only. There is a space manager there – and the manager will answer the door and let the client in for you (optional) Someone is there with you in the space at all times as Safety is paramount.
Only you and your client are allowed in the room you hire.
There are security cameras in common areas and outside and you are able to offer different experiences to your clients by using different rooms for them.

for up to 90 minutes per client.

One Client Only in that time frame.

You Must Exit the room and for it to be cleaned and vacated at the time you finish your room hire. You need to exit the room for the next person to use at the end of the 90min time frame. The Manager will give you a specific time that you need to be out by.
I.E. You have access to the room at 10am – therefore be out by 11.30am.
This allows you comfortably a 1 hr session with 15min prior to session set up and 15min after to clean up or gives you some leeway for clients being early or late. If your client is late then they will either need to purchase another time slot or do a shorter session.
Managers of the space should not have to knock on the door and ask you to vacate the room and for the clean-up of the room to be AFTER the time finishes. If this happens, we will warn you and let you know that this is not how the time is meant to be used, and if it happens again, we cannot allow you to use the space.
For all room hire – you will need to supply a proof of ID and sign a 'use form' prior to be allowed access to the room.
